Our Verdict

The other offer lets you earn a maximum of 10,000 points, this offer is only 1,500 points but you can meet the requirements with two small bills (I assume part pays will work as well as there is no minimum mentioned in the fine print).

Does anyone know if partial payments count? I.E. I pay one bill in 3 separate transactions and get 3 qualifying purchases?

Yes… did four $5-$8 insurance partial payments, each 1 business day apart, and it worked for 3000 UR bonus.

Based on the points log, I think it paid out the same day as 4th payment cleared, but I didn’t check on it until the statement close yesterday and it was there. I don’t deal with UR enough to know when they post.

Made 6 phone payments and immediately after, even while they were still pending, I saw that the on my next statement I would earn an additional 4,500 points. Great deal.

Don’t know how to send Doc good offers I see (sorry, new here), but has anyone else seen the ASPCA money maker on Mypoints.com? 10,000 points for a $19. Would love to see a write up on it and see other people opinions in the comments.

Thanks.

I’ve been seeing these offers posted about and just finally received the email this morning (7/9) for my CSR. However, I was able to activate it only on my CSR (5 Chase cards total) on the link provided above, so try that first if you haven’t received the offer and wait for the email.
