Our Verdict
This offer stacks well with the twice-annual $50 Saks credit if you find this offer on your personal Platinum card.
Not sure how widely available this one is. My Amex Offers aren’t loading properly to search; this one I found on Slickdeals. We just reported on an office supply Amex Offer, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more similar offers for things like gas, etc.

Worked for $75 Kohls e-gift card, also received portal cashback (ebates).
Got it on my Amex Clear.
Nice, I hope it works with the Amex Plat Saks credit.
I’ll add a note
I added it to my Blue Cash on impulse. Anyone know if it’s possible to move it to a different card?
I believe you’re stuck. On the plus side, until 7/31, you still earn 2% at department stores with that card.
Can you please elaborate on the 2% until 7/31 story? What will happen after 7/31?
Amex is dropping the department store extra cash back option, replacing it with streaming. Current customers still get it until 7/31.

No
Good until 12/31/2019 so should be useful for holiday shopping.
I got it on both my Everyday and Blue Cash… John 3:16
Got on my Gold, Blue Cash and Marriott. Great news.
Interesting seeing this: Excludes all in-store purchases, purchases made through third party providers, international shipping, and purchases of gift cards.
I wonder if they finally found a way to enforce no gift cards. That would stink.
I think it is more because most of these department stores process their online gift cards through a 3rd party.
Nothing on my cards.
Saks could be useful stacked with the $50 credit for the second half of the year.
Got nothing on my 2 Plats
