Our Verdict
Should stack with the 10% back deal if you’re lucky enough to get both on the same card. Not sure if the gift card exclusions are actually enforced or not, I’m guessing they are. Hopefully there are some nice sales to stack this with.

Dell trolled me with its early black friday sale. Bought a $930 desktop that now sells for $749! If I return it, Dell will charge up to 15% restocking fee. Price match not allowed either!

Got unlucky. Bought a desktop in an early Black Friday deal, but didn’t have this offer back then. Now, the same model, sans 16 GB NVRAM (that retails for $32) is available at $120 less! Missed this Amex offer as well as the Black Friday deal! Dell doesn’t do price-matching for Black Friday deals.
Dell allows a total of 3 payment methods, so you can split the payment between at least 2 amex cards that have these offers.
Seems u can not add any offer if u opened more than one tab. If I have 2 tabs open, I got
“Sorry about that! It doesn’t happen often, but offers are currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
I have both, but it was still cheaper to buy a the same laptop for my wife through Bestbuy on black Friday, so check other retailers before going through with the purchase.
