The Offer

• CODE Credit Union is offering a referral bonus of $100 when the new member signs up for a new account or loan. The three options for the $100 bonus are as follows:
  • Checking account with minimum of 2 direct deposits of net pay
  • Checking account with 5 or more debit card transactions made within the first 60 days
  • Any type of approved and closed loan with automatic payment or credit card with at least 5 transactions in the first 60 days

The Fine Print

• $100 bonus will be deposited after the new referred account has been open at least 60 days. Deposit date of bonus may vary.
• New members must sign up for one of the following within 60 days of account opening: 1) Checking account with minimum of 2 direct deposits of net pay 2) Checking account with 5 or more debit card transactions made within the first 60 days 3) Any type of approved and closed loan with automatic payment or credit card with at least 5 transactions in the first 60 days.
• All new accounts must sign up for eStatements. Any account receiving the bonus deposit must not be negative or delinquent at the time of the deposit.
• The New Member must not have had a previous membership at CODE CU to qualify.
• Subject to change or cancellation without notice.
• Member is responsible for any applicable taxes and may receive a 1099-Misc. tax form.
• Primary member for any account to receive the $100 incentive must be 18 years or older – no minor accounts. **Annual maximum referral incentive of $500 per member.
• All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
