Our Verdict
Make sure to stack it with the new IHG promotion as well. It’s not possible to purchase IHG gift cards, so no angle there. If your stay is after 11/30 you can usually call up in advance and prepay for the stay, that has triggered offers in the past and should work fine (but who really knows with American Express these days).
