Lowes will be a popular option due to the fact that they sell third party gift cards, read Chuck’s previous post on maximizing that here. Lowe’s frequently has an 11% rebate as well if you want to use it for general use.

Was on my AMEX ED along with separate AMEX OFFER – Lowes specific store one additional Membership Rewards® point for each dollar spent – EXPIRES 6/30/2019 — Might be stackable- not sure.
That said … I still value the BAC 3% cash rewards more when that category has been preselected.
amex needs to throw me a bone to keep me. I got literally no good offers this year, no cellphone one, no cable one, nothing without manufactured spending.
I guess you don’t get targeted again if you redeemed this offer last year.

Someone needs to invent a “script” to tell if you’ve been targeted. If you have a few AMEX cards, and manage others for your family, it’s tedious and time-wasting to constantly look for targeted offers that you’re probably not targeted for. 🙂
