- Account must remain open and in satisfactory status for at least 180 days
- Offer available for eligible customers who open an Easy Checking, Premier Plus or Private Bank Checking account between September 16, 2026 and January 31, 2027. A prior Extraco customer may qualify subject to the promotion’s 12-month relationship eligibility requirements. Loan-only customers with no deposit relationship qualify for the New Checking Account Incentive. Employees with no deposit relationship do not qualify. Offer valid only in Extraco Banks operating counties. Account opening is subject to approval and applicable account terms.
- Bonus Amount: Eligible customers may earn a $750 bonus with $5,000–$15,000 in qualifying new money, a $1,000 bonus with $15,001–$25,000 in qualifying new money or a $1,500 bonus with $25,001 or more in qualifying new money. Only one new-account incentive applies to a qualifying checking account, including a jointly owned account.

- Bonus Payment: The bonus will be credited to the qualifying account within 15 days after the promotion ends, provided all applicable promotion requirements have been met.

Avoiding Fees
Monthly Fees
This account has no monthly fee to worry about
Early Account Termination Fee
I wasn’t able to find a fee schedule so I’m unsure if there is any EATF.
Our Verdict
Terms aren’t really clear how hold you need to hold the funds for, I’d say at minimum it’ll need to be for 90 days but again some people are reading the terms as no hold period. I suspect this will be shut down quickly and it’ll be a fight to get the bonus if they even approve many people.
