Priority Pass Members Now Get Access To Gameway Lounges (DFW & LAX)

Update 12/14/21: There is now a Gameway lounge at LAX. Hat tip to Travel Codex.

Original post: Priority Pass members are now able to access Gameway Lounges. Priority Pass members are entitled to two hours of gaming, two snacks and a drink as part of the new partnership.

Gameway has two lounges at the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) airport, they are as follows:

  • Dallas TX – DFW International (Terminal E). Airside near gate 16. Open from 5:00 until 21:30 daily
  • Dallas TX – DFW International (Terminal B). Airside near Skylink and gate 42. Open from 6:00 until 21:30 daily

Guest access is allowed and will depend on the type of Priority Pass membership you have. Full list of credit cards that offer Priority Pass memberships can be viewed here.

Has anyone tried going to both Gameways in DFW on the same day with a CSR PP? Did you get charged for the 2nd visit? I’m just curious if it’s possible to get one drink and two snacks at each location for free or if going to the 2nd location will cost you an extra charge. TIA

PPS lost all partnership with lounges at LAX. Shame.

Yeah, I just want a regular lounge at LAX. They’ve all gone poof with Priority Pass.

I flew out from LAX terminal 6 on 1st week Dec. Went with an additional guest. It’s a small area (probably as big as those tiny boutiques in the airport), but spacious enough for each game station ~10 seats. Has a selection of XBOX, PS, PC games. Comfy single seating couches and Razer gaming chairs. Snack bar was decent and lots of chilled bottled drink selections. Definitely try it out!

No. It doesn’t show up on the Amex app.

Has anyone tried bringing a guest with PP? On the app it doesn’t mention guests…

I was at the Priority Pass lounge in PIT last week and they didn’t have any hot breakfast available. An employee said that they were testing different hours with breakfast only being available from 7am-10am (or something close to that). Nearly all business travelers are on the 6am to 7am flights, so this kills the value for many. They also no longer had any to-go coffee cups.

Priority Pass usefulness is becoming more and more of a miss than a hit. One of the PP lounges in LAX had a 4 hour wait time because of capacity issues, so it was a miss.

120 minutes’ worth of gaming retails at $35, which is a terrific value but perhaps too generous. With only 22 stations at each location, both Gameway lounges will be at capacity constantly. Not sure how aggressive the other customers will be if all they can play here are sports games and FPS.

I see a lot of non-gaming travelers taking advantage of this just for the noise-cancelling headphones, free charging ports, and free bottled water. If you can imagine 22 businessmen taking 2-hour naps in leather chairs while wearing noise-cancelling headphones, it’s an even better deal than the Minute Suites.

FYI on the list above, link for “The Club At PHX Lounge No Longer Closed To Priority Pass Members After 3:30PM” should be removed since The Club is being closed altogether. Shame that i have a few round trips between PHL-PHX coming up and at the moment PP is totally worthless to me. 🙁

I haven’t played a video game is ten years, but this is awesome. Fly through DFW a lot and will check it for sure.

I like out of the box ideas.
