I am trying to locate a screenshot of this offer and terms. AMEX is telling me that this offer was only 1 per MR account. So even though I enrolled primary and four authorized user cards, it only posted one credit.
They are quoting the following to me: “•Their enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. Their enrollment does not extend to any other Cards that may be linked to the same Membership Rewards program account (such as Additional Cards)”
I’ve went back and forth with front line CS via chat and any supervisor I received was overseas. I really don’t want to be out the 2000MR x 4 cards.
I did mine online and got the email from Amex.
Made the purchase on Buz Plat but it did not trigger the “Amex Offer used” email. is it normal?

damn, only got it on one card. my Biz Green. so theory holds true its only on biz charge cards :/ dont have more of the right cards when you need em.
