Chase is offering 200,000 points on the IHG Premier business card. Barclays is offering 70,000 miles with no minimum spend requirement. FNBO is offering 40,000 points on the Amtrak card. Chase is launching 100,000 points on the Sapphire Preferred card. Chase is making changes to the United Explorer and United business card.
