Chase is refreshing the Chase Sapphire Preferred and not increasing the annual fee. It will come with an increased $100 Hotel Credit, AppleTV & more. Sadly the transfer rate to Hyatt will be reducing for all but the Chase Sapphire Reserve cards. Chase is also offering 200,000 point bonus on the Chase Sapphire Reserve business. There is also a 100,000 point bonus on the INK Cash & INK Unlimited card. American Express is updating the terms for the Resy credit to say the restaurant must be indicated as eligible for the Resy credit on the website. I think this will lead to a nerf, but others disagree and think this is American Express clarifying the credit or preparing for Tock integration. 

Fintech Albert is offering $200 in stock as a sign up bonus, unfortunately there is a $19.99 monthly fee that cannot be waived (but there are some spending offers that can help recoup that cost). Fintech Fruitful also has a $250 bonus but that also has a massive monthly fee and no real usable benefits. Found is offering a $250 bonus now. The Ivy Bank $250 bonus from Finder ends soon. Young adults (aged 18-24) and students can get a free 6 month prime trial + 5% cashback on eligible products + a prime day special of 10% back. BankAmerideals is offering $15 back when you spend $25+ on UberEats.
