Bank of America is offering 70,000 miles + $100 + 100 XP bonus on the AirFrance/KLM FlyingBlue card. There are reports that Star Alliance will launch a credit with miles that are redeemable for 26 airlines. There is a targeted offer for 250,000 points on the American Express Business Platinum card.
