Was a slow week for credit cards, but the death of an OG has been announced with American Express discontinuing the Old Blue Cash. Chase has made changes to restaurants eligible for the Sapphire Reserve exclusive tables program $300 credit with 91 being added and 64 removed. Chase Freedom Flex is losing phone protection on 9/20/26. SoFi Smart card no longer requires SoFi Plus.
It was a very busy week for bank account bonuses with many nationwide bonuses either being extended or launched including 316 financial offering a $250 savings bonus with a $5,000 deposit for 150 days. American Express has a $300 checking bonus. Brex is offering a $500 business checking bonus. A lot of other nationwide bank bonuses were added and even more state specific ones were added.
Polymarket currently has promo codes where you can deposit $90 and get $270, unfortunately the codes for existing users only work for iOS users (although you can create an account on Android and then load them on iOS). There are two U.S. mint coin deals dropping on July 16th and 21st. You can purchase $25 in Magnum ice cream products and get a $50 fanatics promo code that can be stacked with Paze or purchase $5 in Jaritos soda and get a $25 promo credit. There is an AmEx offer for $10.99 back when you spend $10.99+ on a Disney bundle.
