Last week we saw the introduction of the Chase Ink Business Unlimited card with a $500 bonus and 1.5x on all purchases. Using a BRM & paper application works to bypass the 5/24 rule on this new card. Citi announced a number of negative changes to insurance & other benefits across most of their credit cards. American Express made it easier to redeem reward dollars on the blue cash cards. They also released some new links for the business platinum 75k offer with no lifetime language and the 60k + $50 Delta gold offers on the personal & business cards with no lifetime language. Incognito mode is also working to get 25,000 points + 0% APR for 12 months on the amex every day. Last but not least third party American Express cards can now enroll in amex offer deals via American Express connect.
We updated the list of the best checking account bonuses for May. Chase brought back the $300 checking & $200 savings account bonuses, PNC also has a $300 bonus that is now available nationwide. Unfortunately Insight looks like they are killing the 5% APY account, alternative options can be found here.
Looks like most people can now enroll in the American Express Hilton offer where you get $35/3,500 points when you spend $300+. Samsung Pay users can get an easy $50 for getting a mortgage pre-approval (no hard pull). They can also get another $10 Amazon gift card by using a Chase credit card at least 3 times. Some Wells Fargo users can get up to 40% back at select restaurants. Unfortunately Plastiq is limiting the fee free Masterpass promotion to $250 per payment rather than $500 per payment, but you can still schedule payments until May 31st under the old $500 cap.
