Best Posts Last Week: New Chase Offers, Nationwide Bank Bonuses & More

As it was the start of a new quarter last week we saw increased bonuses from Chase on the Chase Freedom Unlimited & United cards, you can also refer friends to the Chase Sapphire Preferred 60k offer and get 15k points for yourself. Citi also changed the sign up bonuses for those with affiliate links on the American Airline cards, but there are much better offers available. Fidelity increased the sign up bonus on the 2% card to $150 and CardMatch is targeting more people for the 100k Platinum offer.

It was a good week for bank account bonuses. HSBC increasing the savings bonus they offer to $125, nationwide bonuses from Discover, Citi & PNC were also extended as well as the $1,000 Wells Fargo business checking bonus. The Chase YouInvest bonus has also been increased and you can now get a bonus of up to $625 (previous best was $200, but requirements are different for the bigger bonuses). A number of good state specific bonuses were also added that can be reviewed below.

Both Walmart & Costco have some targeted discounts. Bank of America/Chase launched some interesting offers for AirBnb, Hampton or Garden Inn, Alaska & Hyatt. We got some bad news that United is removing charts for flights after November 15th and PayPal is changing the refund policy and you’ll no longer receive get your fees refunded. Yelp cashback program is now offering 7% back at Office Depot as well.
