There were some good bank account bonuses that were added/extended last week. SkyOne has a $200 checking bonus with a lot of credit card funding available. SunTrust has a $400 bonus for those in AL, AR, FL, GA, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, WV, VA, and D.C Only. Citi, HSBC & PNC have all extended their nationwide offers as well.

DoorDash is offering 50%/25% off to some customers. SoFi Money is offering 20% cash back on DoorDash purchases and streaming services, you can get a total of 40% back on Netflix. Starbucks has an easy instant win game & Verizon Up is giving some freebies as well.

Chuck has put together a fantastic series of posts on the stimulus bill: making sense of the options for small businesses & employers, how to claim the $1,200 if you didn’t file taxes, $300 charity contribution deduction and finally explaining the unemployment benefit for employees, self employed and gig workers. DoT also issued an enforcement notice to airlines that they must provide customers with a cash refund for cancelled flights.

Which is it?

“Chase is offering all Sapphire Reserve cardholders a $100 statement credit to partially offset the annual fee.”

“As of now, they are only crediting those whose annual fees are due between April 1 and July 1 (including those due on July 1).”
