Best Posts Last Week: CSR Rumor, Credit Card Checklist & More

Last week the biggest credit card news was the rumor that Chase is looking to add a dining credit and increase the annual fee to $550 on the Chase Sapphire Reserve card. Chuck put together a great year end credit card check list to make sure you’re maxing out the benefits for each card you have. Barclays increased the sign up bonus to 60,000 miles + companion certificate on the American Airlines card and we got new working links for the 50,000 Citi Expedia offers. American Express is also offering 150,000 points + $100 statement credit on the Hilton Surpass card. American Express has no lifetime language offers on the Platinum, Blue Business Plus & Delta cards as well.

Citi is launching a new digital checking account with 1% APY. SoFi Money users can get 20% cash back on Lyft rides, up to $1,000 back.

If you have a Wells Fargo card, check to see if you are targeted for 10% back on Gas/Grocery purchases. Hy-vee and Kroger both have good prepaid gift card deals.
